This workbook must be used following ‘The Internal Consultation‘ which you can find here.

In this second workbook, you can start implementation and delegation of ideas that were discovered from the first exercise. This is a powerful workbook if used correctly. You are able to ensure that you have a stategic plan towards execution, team members remain accountable as well as are recognised by bringing about key changes to the organisation.

This workbook also introduces a concept that we use at Digimax, ‘Teamship Rules’ by Sir Clive Woodward Obe, English World Cup Winning Coach. Using the ‘Teamship’ approach, you increase your chances of successful execution and use of new systems within your dental business.

How it works:

1. After working out with your team, which systems you will improve from ‘The Internal Consultation’. You should populate the key fields, such as which processes or changes are being implemented, and who is bringing about those changes. You should ask your colleagues to complete the task list that will lead them to completion of each goal. This is a collaborative process, so you will need to work together with your team and keep access to an updated copy of this file. This is an editable PDF, which means they don’t need to print it.
2. Ensure the deadlines set in the document are tracked!
